- Scones Are To Die For And The Mac And Cheese Is Amazing
Such a good BBQ place and love people’s reaction when they find out they’re located in a gas station. The Deal has the $6.99 combo deal which my husband and I love. The scones are to die for and the Mac and cheese is amazing. I wish they wouldn’t have switched their buns, they used to be flavored buns with a little bit of cheese and seasoning on top. Now it’s just whole wheat buns which definitely takes the sandwich flavor down a notch in my book.
★★★★★ - What A Great Surprise At This Small Corner Gas Station
What a great surprise at this small corner gas station. We happen to stop to get gas and use the restroom and the amazing smell from the grill made us have to go and check it out. Everyone that was eating there had amazing looking bbq, so we decided to give it a try. The special was the burger loaded with pulled pork, cheese, jalapeños…….. it came with these amazing fries. It was delicious. Must try if in the area.
★★★★★ - If You Are Visiting Rexburg, Blisters Is A Must
If you are visiting Rexburg, Blisters is a must. You wouldn’t think that a small restaurant in half a gas station would be the best BBQ around, but I can assure you it is! I recommend the tri-tip and Brisket or the loaded fries. Don’t hold back on their signature BBQ sauce either. Sandwiches are good, but not as much bang for your buck in my opinion. Go for the cowgirl, cowboy, and the loaded fries. (I love the Mac n’ Cheese too) The picture I took was after I ate half the pulled pork fries.
★★★★★ - Amazing Place! Great Food!
Amazing place! Great food! I definitely recommend coming here and getting pulled pork sandwiches and the fries are amazing so is the Mac and cheese!
★★★★★ - Very Yummy!
I can’t even believe this kind of quality can be found in a gas station! Very yummy! I’d make a special day trip just to stop in and eat.
★★★★★ - Unexpectedly Amazing!!
Unexpectedly amazing!! I’ve never been to the South, but if anything can live up to the label “Southern BBQ” I imagine this would have to be it. Hands down the best BBQ I’ve ever had.
★★★★★ - Best BBQ We Have Ever Had
We stopped in Rexburg for the night on our way to Yellowstone. We decided to eat at Blister’s BBQ because of the great reviews. So glad we did!! Some of the best BBQ we have ever had!!
★★★★★ - It Is A Mouth Party
Sure have been her a whole lot in the three years since it’s been when I found this place. It is fantastic. There have only been 2 or 3 times when I have got something other than the full loaded fries with sweet pork. I also get them with the vinegar based fry sauce because it is a mouth party. This last time we went Sunny went above and beyond in her service. It was impressive enough to merit this review.
★★★★★ - BBQ In A Gas Station? Heck Yeah!
BBQ in a gas station? Heck yeah! I never would have guessed that this magical place was located in a unassuming Mobil station. I had the brisket, sweet pulled pork, and cole slaw and ate every damn bite. Delicious!
★★★★★ - So Tender And Juicy
YES! I love this place. Our FHE group went and filled up the room on a Monday night and they pumped out all of our food really quickly. The Cuban was a great choice, so tender and juicy. Not to mention the amazing fries.
★★★★★ - Serves Really Good BBQ
This place is unassuming as it shares space with a gas station convenience store, however, it serves really good BBQ as evidenced by its popularity. Our party of three arrived just ahead of the lunch rush as we noticed a line of 20 people form as we found a table. We tried the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches with brisket loaded fries, coleslaw, and scones. They were out of baked beans and substituted for the scones, which are served with a delicious honey butter of frosting thickness. Highly recommend.
★★★★★ - Catering Is Super Efficient
So good. Their catering is super efficient and easy to navigate. We have ordered for a few different events and will definitly be back!
