- Shortchanged My Self By Getting A Small
I had the brisket sandwich and it was absolutely amazing! My only complaint is that I shortchanged my self by getting a small instead of a full. It was gone before I realized. Definitely want to get more.
★★★★★ - Absolutely Recommend Eating Here
The meal was priced right, was delicious, and was quick. I would absolutely recommend eating here.
★★★★★ - Don’t Know Why It Took Me So Many Years To Go And Try
I love this place! Don’t know why it took me so many years to go and try. Yes it’s in a gas station, but that doesn’t mean anything. If you don’t get a couple orders of scones, you are missing out. All the meat is good, but their cheesesteak and pulled pork sandwiches are my favorite. Plus, all the sides are delic! I’d have to agree with Idaho that it’s the best bbq.
★★★★★ - You Are ROCK STARS
Highly recommend the brisket and pork! Wow! such a great flavor. The service is excellent and the BBQ is worth the time to swing by regularly. We plan to eat here on a regular basis. YUM… Voted Best BBQ in Idaho for a reason! You are ROCK STARS. Just off the freeway.
★★★★★ - Scones Are To Die For
Best barbecue in Idaho! And their scones are to die for!
★★★★★ - Authentic Stuff
We lived BBQ country for years and anytime that I get the craving for the authentic stuff Blisters is my spot. I especially enjoy their brisket.
★★★★★ - They Really Live Up To Their Title
They really live up to their title “best BBQ in Idaho!” I’m always so satisfied after I eat there!
★★★★★ - Best I’ve Ever Had
EAT HERE. I’ve lived near the mason dixon line for 6 years now and have had a lot of good bbq, but I kid you not when I say this is up there with the best I’ve ever had. I was exactly what I want bbq to be.
★★★★★ - Big Fan
Big fan of the fried pickles!!!!
★★★★★ - You Won’t Regret Coming Here
Definitely get the Chicken Bacon Ranch its 10/10! (And of course the fries and mac n cheese) You won’t regret coming here and you’ll definitely end up coming back !
★★★★★ - Great Food And Service
Great food and service. Quaint little spot in a gas station with some good meat. Ribs are highly recommended.
★★★★★ - It’s Modern, Clean, Well Laid Out, And Easy To Navigate
Having lived most of my life in the South it’s funny when people are surprised to get good BBQ inside a gas station. Some of my best meals ever were at hole-in-the-wall places hidden back behind the pumps. Blister’s is no hole-in-the-wall. It’s modern, clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate, yet has all the charm and value of a tiny gas station place. Best of both worlds. What is a surprise is the breadth of the menu. Hard to believe they cook all those meats every day, yet offer such variety. Don’t tell my mama that my go-to at this BBQ is tri tip, even though the brisket there is also good. And hey, it’s Idaho, so you can watch the guy cut your French fries right after you order, from a big box of local potatoes. When it’s crowded I sort of wish the store were bigger. But then it might lose the quality focus. And you can always carry out your sandwich to eat in the truck. Go check ’em out!
