The Sign is to be believed, truly the best BBQ I’ve had in Idaho. I stumbled upon Blister’s fueling up headed to Utah. The hilarious sign intrigued me as did the delicious smells emanating from this humble storefront. Do not let the no nonsense facade keep you from partaking. The combos are my suggestion but I have not explored much more than five things on the menu. The fries are cut to order and the sauces appear to be homemade. I can’t say enough fine things about this place except that I will drive 300 miles one way to eat here again. Bonus for a friendly competent staff. 6 Stars out of 5.

Absolutely amazing BBQ. Glad we stopped! It was definitely worth it. Highly recommend if you’re heading up to Yellowstone!

Wow! I stumbled across this place totally by accident but sure glad I did. Fantastic BBQ! Ribs and brisket were phenomenal and the scones were sent from heaven! Don’t let the fact that they’re in a gas station bother you…GO GET SOME BBQ!

Like everyone else has said; it’s a little more expensive than fast food, but cheaper than most barbecue. It is really good food. I usually grab some every time I head out of town in that direction.

Quick, friendly service. Had the brisket and coleslaw. Both very yummy. Will definitely try to stop by when going thru Rexburg.

Love the fries – great price. The BBQ also tastes great. Employees are courteous and helpful.

WOWZER! This place is awesome! Like “change your life” awesome! The food is FANTASTIC! Every time I try something new, it confirms that. AND… their fries and fry sauce, YES PLEASE! It is a test of my self control each time I eat there because I want to eat it ALL. Pork sandwich is my favorite, but try the rice bowl, you’ll love it. #NomNomNom

Blisters is really good barbecue. They have an amazing Cuban sandwich that is my personal favorite. However I’ve never been disappointed with anything I have ordered here. Don’t let the fact that it’s in the gas station fool you. It is a very popular barbecue spot Because it is very good. They come up with a new burger every week and it’s usually an amazing work of art. Don’t miss blisters.

Pretty dang good! I read the reviews first and so had high expectations and it didn’t disappoint. When I read that it was in a gas station I pictured that it was like connected in some way but no it is completely in the gas station and it is not a big gas station. Normally when I spend a lot of time in the gas station candy aisle I am just trying to pick between hot tamales and gummy worms. This time I was waiting for some 5 star BBQ.

I had a delicious burger with brisket on it. The restaurant itself is in a gas station which gives it quite the rustic vibe.
