Hands down the best BBQ I’ve had. No joke. They do it right

Chicken was amazing. More amazing was the hamburgers I saw on someone else’s table. I can’t wait to try that.

This place is a gem. It’s in the gas station. The wait time sometimes is long but expected from a diner like this. Food is great. I recommend their loaded fries.

I really enjoy blisters. The BBQ is good and the environment is fun. They usually have some good deals too.

Simple and delicious. Some of the best BBQ sandwiches I’ve ever had with solid fries to match. Trust the “Local Favorites” on the menu.

After living in Rexburg for 3 years, this place was a constant BBQ fix. You can grab sandwiches, meat, and delicious sides. We normally got the cowboy( your pick of 3 meat portions), and grabbed 2 orders of the deep-fried green beans. Overall, this place is pretty legit with it being connected to a gas station and all.

Great local bbq. I love their potato salad, ribs, Cuban, fried pickles, and turkey. Owner takes care of customers and is on top of improvements and customer service. Seriously though, really love the baked potato salad (it has meat in it!) and the fried pickles (sauce is amazing!).

Their is no better barbeque in the northwest. My go-to is the Cuban, but everything on their menu is delicious.
Come in during Halloween to get my favorite item, “the plate” which is a massive plate of everything good about BBQ meshed into the tasiest thing ever.

Best BBQ around by far. The vinegar pulled pork and Cuban are superior and the fried green beans are incredible and completely unique to Blisters

Great barbecue with great service. Ribs were fantastic! Chicken, tri tip, and beans also awesome.

I’m from Tennessee, so I am a hard skeptic of any barbecue in Idaho because it is hard to beat real southern barbecue, and I haven’t been impressed by most places I’ve been to. There is no barbecue place in Rexburg that comes close to matching the quality of the barbecue I know and love from home… Except Blister’s. They have barbecue down. Their vinegar based sauce is some of the best I’ve ever had, and they consistently roll out great quality food at a reasonable price. Kudos to the guys and gals at Blister’s for bringing a piece of the South up to Southeast Idaho.
